Defective or Damaged Items

To expedite the process, please provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos. Once we have reviewed your case, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds (if applicable):

If your return is approved for a defective or damaged item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at social@yukiskin.com immediately after receiving your order.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
